1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Free samples or promotional gifts
• Products damaged due to misuse

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
