2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional COD fee, depending on the order value and location.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: Up to 10 business days

5. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS. You can also track your order via the “Track Order” section on https://illumeskin.com.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or not received within the expected delivery time, please contact us at [care@illumeskin.com] with your order ID. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email photos of the outer packaging, products received, and invoice to [care@illumeskin.com].
We will either issue a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
8. Address Changes or Delivery Issues
If you’ve made an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [care@illumeskin.com]. We may be able to update the address only if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
